About go to Home

This application tracks symptoms along three axes (0 to 10), which serve the purpose of concurrently monitoring different components of the disorder. It comes with a daily entry reminder and a way to schedule the reminder for a time of your choice.

Allows for storing meds/pills that one takes

Allows for storing general notes (moods, thoughts, emotions, insomnia, anxiety, etc)

Computes some statistical measurements of three symptoms that can help you better understand the trend itself. Shows the maximum, minimum and average on:

  • - single days of the week
  • - any given month
  • - any given week of the year

Suggestions:

  1. Rate your entries at the best of your knowledge. If unsure, ask who lives with you for input.
  2. Try to always add your daily entry at the same time of the day.
  3. Remember to print your stored data and bring them to your psychiatrist.

  • shows the three symptoms, individually or all together
  • upon clicking on any entry, an annotation will show date, time and values for each symptom
